Absolutely pathetic service. This outlet should not even be allowed to accept online orders.This is the SECOND time in a single week, across two different food delivery platforms, that this KFC outlet has completely failed to provide the food.As I write this review, the delivery partner is still waiting at the outlet, where he has been stuck for a long time because the order has not been prepared or handed over. He clearly informed us that many other delivery partners are also waiting, and the staff are not responding to them, not handing over orders, and not giving any updates whatsoever.What makes this even worse: we repeatedly tried to contact the outlet through the food delivery app AND via the phone number listed on Google. No one answered. Not once. Total radio silence.The order was placed at 7:30 PM and after waiting endlessly, we were forced to cancel it at 8:45 PM — nearly 1 hour 15 minutes later — for an outlet that is barely 1 km from my location. This is not a distance issue. This is pure incompetence and mismanagement.If this outlet cannot handle orders, it should stop accepting them instead of wasting customers’ time, delivery partners’ time, and causing unnecessary frustration. Payments are taken, orders are accepted, and then everyone is left hanging with no food, no communication, and no accountability.For a brand like KFC, this level of service is shameful and unacceptable. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this outlet completely.
