Our Hotel very clearly remember all the story with your stay. Surprised, that did not get 6th feedback on "1" point)))) because you was company of 6 people. I will answer on all your fake feedbacks in one message. You have come 2nd of January company of 6 people to join your friend, who stayed already 5 days in our hotel and did not have complains, and even like our service and that is why invited his friends to our place also. This year because of all crisis situation our price policy was more than approachable : from 23 dec to 7th Jan 2000 for Delux room, and 1800 for Standart room. ( comparing to 2500 -3000 last years). What was my surprise, when your friend called me and told, " that today is already 2nd of Jan and my friends ready to pay you 1000 per room"...Of course i politely told that this could not happen, but still i will check what i can do with rates for him. Than I got a call after some time with the words : " Ok, my friends told that last price 1200". Once again i have smiled and answered, that this is not acceptable conversation, I have given new rates to manager, it is already with all possible discounts, so please follow that. Once again what surprise was for me, when my manager Sitaram was informed by guest after this conversations that i have agreed price 1000...On this i will stop comment topic with prices. for room, because this situation tells everything by itself. Your company asked 2 rooms instead of 3 for 6 people, and also was rejected. Than finaly was fixed 3 rooms for 1500 rate. And than in one of the rooms you broke mirror, and still refused this fact and did not want to pay money for mirror. We of course forgive you this, but it was also not nice moment. Regarding restaurant: no one time nobody of you did not order food to room. So obviously you could not be refused in that service. You asked some water and tea, and it was given to room, because we give room service always. So feedback of Nikhil Sharma is full of lies. Moreover, when you have food in our restaurant, you did not want to pay full bill, and proposed to our manager to make " round figure" and " extra" money pay from his pocket. This was very offensive, but still my politely staff did not react rudely on that. All rooms was very clean with clean bedsheets, and bathrooms. You had hot water, proper working AC, taps, so there could not be any complain regarding the service in rooms. If you met in room frog or leazard and it disturbed you, you could simply ask our staff to help with removing all wild animals from room. They would not reject, but no such ask have come to our staff from your side. Regarding complain that " owner of hotel did not want to speak with you"... First of all, I could not understand, on which topics we should speak. Secondly, for solution of all your question there is well trained staff, and if Manager would need my help, he would of course ask me. Nobody of your company did not try to speak with me on any topic, and your friend always have my number and called me a lot of times during all his holiday, so what is your personal problem with me? Your company treat our manager with very unpolite way and did not except our policy of prices. Still you stayed 1 night, and you was given high quality polite service in hotel as well as a restaurant, and not for full price, with discount, and even after broken mirror. So from all this i make conclusion that only one thing that made all your company wrote separate 5 feedback on 1 point, is that you did not get price 1000 per room and was not allowed to live all together with extra mattresses. We are extremely sorry for that, but level of our hotel and service could not allow us to do that.More
