I had an extremely troubling experience at this hotel. During my stay, I discovered that staff had entered my room without my permission while I was out. I was further disturbed to find that the staff was touching my phone, which felt like an invasion of privacy. To make matter worse, my wife was alone at the time. This raises serious concerns about her safety—who knows what could have happened while she was unaccompanied? This is a huge concern when it comes to the safety and security of guests. Additionally, despite these issues, I was charged the full amount for both food and stay, which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. Given the situation, I felt compelled to leave the hotel urgently as I could no longer trust the environment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and secure stay. It’s crucial for hotels to prioritize their guests' privacy and security, and this place clearly fell short in that regard. Service: 1
