Clients don't highly appreciate filet américain at OVI'S HOLIDAY. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. According to most visitors' point of view, food isn't worth the appalling prices here. But this spot scored 4 in the Google rating system.

Rooms are avg, location is in remote place which means roads aren't well, no car parking service, it took us one hour for our room, mangers of event are rude, I don't recommend this at all. Service: 1

Last week on 28/29 Dec we had booked 4BHK Villa at Ovi's Holidays. . Overall stay was good. We enjoyed a lot .. Pros : 1) Nice Fully furnished Bungalow 2) Rooms are Good 3) Bathrooms / Washrooms were good 4) Common Swimming pool is good Cons : 1) Hall Furniture could be in better condition - Sofa set was fully damaged 2) Hall TV was too small 3) No instruction manual was kelp to operate TV / Geysers / other equipment's. 4) There are no much playing items were there . . 5) Swimming pool water was dirty 6) There is no changing room at Swimming pool 7) Gutter was there next to swimming pool which was smelling bad 8) Most Imp : Restaurant Manager was very rude and arrogant and not ready to accept any complaints / concerns about the food. Infact he was saying we are the first customer to complain but we have read others reviews as well. 9) Access road to Ovis holidays is very bad . . Once you reach there then coming out to highway is tough . . Very small width rough road , not good for sedan cars and big width cars . . When 2 cars comes across to cross each other then high chances to get scratches on car. . 10) Information of near about needs to be there at reception Service: 4

When i was booking this property I searched on MMT for 15 ppl. MMT provided me some combos and i have selected first combo option only, unfortunately combo was with different category rooms, which was ok for me but i was not expected that this combo will divide my family into 3 different locations within 2 separate plots . Henceforth I spoken with MMT customer care and they resolved on their end but actually it was not proper solution, because Property Management provided me cheapest apartments at one location which were in very bad condition. Even no WiFi, bad linens and pantry sink with Fungus. I wasted my 3 hours to settle down everything by involvement of MMT support team. Then too Property manager promised me for wifi and cleaning, wifi was not provided till 10.30 pm after so many calls to receptionist. Finally they gave one dongle and that without password, the boy who came with dongle, he ran away after asking him to be there till i login but he denied. Now next day when my family was having breakfast and were enjoying in swimming pool, 2 security ppl were there and staring, apart from that when i asked them that can we sit on chairs they said ok, but they never moved from place finally my family ladies had their breakfast by standing and these 2 securities were just sitting on those chairs looking into mobile and enjoying songs. How someone can accept this type of situation after paying Rs 28809 just for 4 rooms. Still i can write another 5000 words but i don’t want to waste my time. It’s under construction property . Management is sooop cheap. Location is good luckily but you can’t compromise with your health and safety. Service: 1
