Very unprofessional and incapable. I had called and asked for a birthday cake order. At first they said they take orders with designs given by the customer . But after keeping us waiting for the whole day in the last moment they are saying they won't be able to deliver our order. The lady taking the sales calls is very bad in communication and unprofessional. Maybe they are making huge money because people don't have much options in itanagar so they don't care about upgrading their quality and services .

Delicious cake with creative art. But counter Service person is fraudster... While book for cake they give amount and while picking up the cake they add additional amount saying extra items has been added so extra amounts to be paid... So customer have no choice because at last movement he/she doesn't have any choice but to pay extra... Very common trick of fraudster.. be alert dear friends... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
