1. The Pizza was Received in Cold Condition.2. The Base Used was not up to the mark, and it seems like the Base was not fresh.3. Cheese was Hardened as a single layer on receiving the delivery.4. Pizza was delivered almost 1:30 hours late than estimated delivery time.

As you say pizza was delivered late almost 1.30 houra late. That is the reason you received cold pizza. Its not restaurant mistake its fully zomato mistake. They did not assign delivery boy fast. And pizza base was fresh. we always check before use. we are reaaly sorry for cold pizza. Plz zomato ki galti ham restaurant walo pe na daale.
