Come here for nicely cooked chicken fried rice, fried chicken and fish curry if you are hungry. The friendly staff welcomes visitors all year round. Ottal is a good restaurant that services both local and other Arabic, Chinese and Continental cuisine. The ambience is great however service can be tardy at times. The food is mostly good however service times can take long during rush hours. The pricing is a tad higher than most restaurants in and around the area and can do better with offers. Very disappointing experience….We ordered biryani and fried rice, but the biryani had no gravy or masala at all. When we asked the server about it, he casually said the restaurant had run out of masala, so they served it like that. This is completely unacceptable. The staff were irresponsible and had no manners when we tried to talk to them. Definitely not worth the money. very poor service and quality.
