We had ordered a 6-pound worth 4000/- two-tier cake from Om Bakers for a birthday party with over 200 guests. Unfortunately, the cake was not properly defrosted and completely collapsed, with both layers melting and falling apart. This caused great embarrassment in front of our guests and spoiled the entire celebration. Such negligence and lack of professionalism is highly disappointing. We expected better quality and service from a reputed bakery.
