I'm sharing this not to demotivate you, but to raise awareness!️ After 15 days of membership, I had to move 100 km away from my home for a job. I asked the receptionist for possible solutions, but for 3 months now, he's been making excuses and fake promises, ultimately just wasting time. Before you sign up, they'll call you every day. But once they have your money, you're just a number. They don't care how politely you ask or try to talk to them. They're only interested in signing up new members, not helping existing ones or considering personal circumstances. Despite their 1000 promises before membership, make your decision wisely based on your needs. Once they have your money, that's it. No concern, no follow-up. Overall, the gym trainers are good, helpful, and knowledgeable. Awareness is key.
