On 25th I bought few items from here, I couldn't believe after opening the items it was so worst.. Dilpasand & puffs were pathetic.. Butter buiscuit was very hard...Need answer from the management.. Pls refer the bill & item photos.. Good gesture & prompt response.. I called up & informed the management about this issue, immediately they apologized for the bad prod/uct but they did not explain as to why it happend like this.. Good gesture part was that they did not arugue or asked for photos of bad products.. But they said they will send the good product without any extra money & they did deliver to our place.. Mistakes do happens but accepting & correcting is the part of good gesture, which doubles the confidence & trust of the customers... The products were delicious & fresh...

There’s nothing to say about this bakery it’s a legacy. Their salt and sweet biscuit is the one I don’t miss every day with my tea I feel my day goes incomplete if I don’t eat there biscuits.
