Had the most delightful breakfast at this bakery in Rishikesh! Their eggs with sourdough toast were perfectly cooked, and the toast itself was fresh, flavorful, and light. What truly stole the show was their pita bread with hummus – made in-house with sourdough and barley, it was soft, hearty, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was a treat! Food - 5/5. Hygiene - 5/5. Service - 5/5. Ambiance- 5/5 I recently had dinner at Odyssey Baking in Rishikesh with a group of 13 people, and the experience was absolutely delightful. Since we were a large group, we requested some dishes that were not even on the menu, and the team gladly served us. We ordered Paneer Bhurji with Chapati, Dal Khichdi, Kadhi, Buttermilk, and Nutella Cheesecake. The food was so delicious that if there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would happily do so. The owner is extremely polite, humble, and very friendly, which made our visit even more special. The hygiene was well-maintained, the ambiance was amazing, and overall it was a truly memorable dining experience. Definitely visiting again!
