there was a cockroach moving around the table and when informed to the staff they didn't seem to be surprised. Only asked if we wanted to shift our table.Shocking to receive such bad service from a reputated name like trident.Would never recommend this place to anyone

I love the 022 Sunday brunch and the food usually is fantastic… but was disappointed with the dinner buffet. The variety was very very less and the overall experience was a bit underwhelming. I have dinner buffets at other 5 stars in the city and this was definitely one of my least favourite experiences.
