The O chicken mohali the herb chicken bucket was good it was tasty and made without oil still it was tasty i can recommend this to the chicken lovers, i had a good experience at this outlet too i visited their chandigarh branch and there too i had a nice experience enjoyed the time with my friend. Date: 22nd July 2025 Time: 7:20 PM Order: 1 Chicken BBQ Sub Amount Paid: ₹282 (Cash) Dine-in Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. I placed a dine-in order for a Chicken BBQ Sub and paid ₹282 in cash at the counter before receiving my food. The staff at the counter asked me to sit and wait for my order. After waiting for more than 30 minutes (until 7:55 PM), I approached the counter to ask about my order. To my surprise, the girl at the cash counter casually informed me that my order had been given to someone else. Her attitude was extremely informal and unapologetic. When I questioned why my order was handed over to someone else, she simply said she would make a new one but without offering the same choice of bread, stating that options were no longer available — even though I had clearly mentioned my preferences earlier. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, her response was careless and unprofessional. I then requested a refund, and thankfully, a boy at the counter processed the full refund without any issue. This kind of service is unacceptable. Giving my order to someone else, making me wait unnecessarily, and then showing no sense of responsibility or courtesy reflects very poorly on the staff and management. For reference, the CCTV footage from 7:20 to 7:55 PM on 22nd July can be reviewed to verify my experience. I used to enjoy the food here and have visited many times in the past, but after today, I don't think I will ever return to this outlet. Service: 1

I odered a rap for take away they give me rap with wost packing and the wrap was not frest and even tissues was not in the box I don’t recommend anyone to come in this o chicken either u go to phase 68 Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
