Stay Duration: [4 Nights] Booking Method: Make My Trip. The arrival experience was exceptional. The driveway and entrance were immaculate. The concierge was prompt and welcoming, and the lobby was stunning—elegantly designed, with a pleasant ambient scent and a calming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean upon entry. Housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout our stay. All appliances and fixtures were in perfect working order. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The blackout curtains were effective. The in-room amenities were top-tier (a well-stocked minibar, and a powerful, quiet air conditioning system). The bathroom toiletries were from a luxury brand and were replenished generously. The breakfast and Lunch buffet was outstanding. The variety was impressive, catering to both international and local tastes. The fresh pastries, live cooking stations (especially the Dosa station), and fruit selection were highlights. Service was attentive, with coffee refills offered promptly. Spa & Wellness Center: The spa was a sanctuary. The therapist was professional, and the treatment was one of the best I've experienced. The relaxation area was serene. Pool & Fitness Center: The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and had ample comfortable loungers. The gym was modern and had a great selection of equipment. The concierge team was exceptional. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and secured a reservation for Cab services hard-to-book. Their local knowledge was invaluable. Staff & Service This is where the hotel truly excelled. Without exception, every staff member we encountered—from housekeeping to management—was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special mention to (John, Chong, Dixon, Girri), Asshar at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to assist us worked charm. This level of service is what defines a quality hotel and ensures guest loyalty.
