As a foreign visitor, I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and I never had any issues with the water supply – hot water was always available, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was a nice. It was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. I especially loved their coffee and tea – both were rich in flavor and made my mornings even better! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Service: 5

The room 314 window handle broken and cant close. Sound from outside is so loud due to that we didn't have a proper sleep. Bed and towels all stained and not washed properly. Room TV wasn't working. Wall sockets had sparks and loose connection. Day time front desk was nice people. Night time front desk was rude. Hotel breakfast was not good. Too oily and cooked badly. Plates and spoon wasn't washed properly. Overall won't come back here. Won't recommend anyone to stay especially if you have kids. Service: 1

I did like the hotel & the courteous behaviour of the staff. Located at the prime location of Trichy. Food is good. However I think they should increase the breakfast menu option. Service: 4
