If you feel hungry after gazing at Lakshmana Museum Of Arts, visit this restaurant to dine at. Indian cuisine will be what you are offered to try at Novelty Tea House. To taste perfectly cooked paneer, tandoori roti and bhaji pav is a truly nice idea. You can order good vanilla ice cream, brownies and pudding. Ordering the delicious cordial is a decent choice. Come here and order great ice tea, lassi or milkshakes.
Food delivery is a big plus of this place. Most reviewers consider the staff efficient. Service at this spot is something one can call cool. Fair prices are what you are to pay for your meal. There is an exotic ambiance and nice decor at this restaurant. But Novelty Tea House isn't given a high rating on Facebook.

Perfect combination of quality, quantity and taste, very nice family restaurant serving awesome North Indian, Chinese and South Indian food.
Efficient service and not so pricy. There is even party hall and can accommodate big groups. A must visit place .
Tomato soup was bad. Chilly paneer was too oily and paneer wasn't soft atall. The base sauce wasn't fresh. Gobi Manchurian was fine. Pav bhaji had some odd smell.
We then had to wait for another 20 - 25 min for the roti. By this time the restaurant was so full of people that we could hardly see the waiters. They were so confused that they did not remember to which table they have to serve. We were so irritated with the delay in service that we said we do not want the rice or desert and just paid the bill and left the place.
I am giving a rating of 2 only for the price and variety. Certainly pocket friendly and lots of options.
