If you feel hungry after gazing at Lakshmana Museum Of Arts, visit this restaurant to dine at. Indian cuisine will be what you are offered to try at Novelty Tea House. To taste perfectly cooked paneer, tandoori roti and bhaji pav is a truly nice idea. You can order good vanilla ice cream, brownies and pudding. Ordering the delicious cordial is a decent choice. Come here and order great ice tea, lassi or milkshakes.

Food delivery is a big plus of this place. Most reviewers consider the staff efficient. Service at this spot is something one can call cool. Fair prices are what you are to pay for your meal. There is an exotic ambiance and nice decor at this restaurant. But Novelty Tea House isn't given a high rating on Facebook.

One of the best vegetarian restaurant in chennai.
Perfect combination of quality, quantity and taste, very nice family restaurant serving awesome North Indian, Chinese and South Indian food.
Efficient service and not so pricy. There is even party hall and can accommodate big groups. A must visit place .

Authentic north indian foor with decent ambience. The seating arrangement is average but you wont care for it, as the food covers up for it. The service was also decent. Amazing diwani handi and crspy chilly babycorn. Overall good experience, will surely revisit.

Well my craving for authentic Pav bhaji took me to this place after I had tried the novelty tea house in the heart of Sowcarpet. As I didn’t have the patience to ride through the multiple bylanes I decided to try out the one at Mylapore. Well the low review is for the sheer taste of Pav bhaji which was only halfway of the ones available at sowcarpet. Well I ordered for makkai ki roti and sarson ka saag but after a wait for 20 minutes I was informed that it is not available. But then they compensated that with a sweet gesture by not charging for the ice cream I had ordered. Full points to their hospitality and North Indian food. Only just little disappointed with the famous Pav bhaji.
