We had a fantastic experience at Novelty Sweets & Restaurant. The first thing that strikes you is how neat and clean the entire place is, maintaining high standards of hygiene that make dining very comfortable. The service was excellent; the staff is attentive, quick, and has a very welcoming approach. We tried the Kachori and Puri, and both were outstanding—perfectly crispy, flavorful, and served fresh. To top it off, their tea was prepared just right and was the perfect accompaniment to the meal. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, the food quality here is consistently top-notch. I'm from Mumbai had ordered Amritsari Medium Spicy Wadiyan, Panjiri, Lahori Patisa and Desi Gud.Recived my order on 5th February 2026.All the Wadiyan were broken.There packaging was useless. Am asking for a refund for the Wadiyan only.Which they are not doing.Am attaching the pictures.Guys please never order Wadiyan from them as you will get broken ones and you will also be led a dance by them. If they can't pack there product they should remove that product from their page.Disgusting it is. Food: 2 Service: 1
