the quality we expect from Novelty has severely degraded. Ordered chilly chicken, got chicken coated with cornflour. Taste not upto the mark. 180rs road thela chilly chicken is better than this 370rs one.

Very poor home delivery service.....stop home delivery of u can't do it correctly.dont take orders if u can't complete it.....pathetic condition ,rude staff.
