Nova Akhol may appear impressive from the outside, the internal customer service is severely lacking. We placed an order for thali for 17 people a day in advance, yet we were kept waiting for over an hour. This raises the question: why did we order in advance if we were still made to wait? The customer service is truly disappointing.
