I didn’t like the taste and packing of the product. I ordered a frappe, usually i order it from livestream (the OG place) but tried this for the first time and it was quite disappointing. Getting some kind of smell in the drink maybe of paper or idk what. Also frappes are supposed to be thick but it is very thin/diluted that spoiled my mood also the packing was disappointing as well. These things speaks a lot about a cafe and their food quality. Even after paying a premium price i get this kind of beverage. Also when i complained about it to zomato chat they called the restaurant and the staff completely denied all the allegations. They didn’t even try to understand the situation nor tried to speak to me. Never heading back here for sure. Nor i suggest it to anyone else. Food: 1

I recently visited NBC and had a wonderful experience. The cafe had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done.
