Yesterday, we went there for family dinner and ordered alacarte than going for the buffet dinner. The chicken tikka, tandori prawn served was very spicy than normal and kids found difficult to relish. We ordered for a wine shown in menu, but same was not available with them.That was still ok, but worst was when we ordered mutton nihari, they served some different mutton dish with dry gravy in black color with very high flavour of coriander coming from it. We were so surprised with the dish that we requested to meet their chef. The chef name is Naveen and we realized he is undergoing trainee and didnt realize what dish he has served. The picture of served mutton nihari is shown below. Earlier there were good chefs here and fortune being part of ITC hotel, it is expected that they should not do training n learning of their staff at cost of the customer. I hope ITC management do gives attention to these points and make customer experience better. I would recommend people to choose buffet than alacarte as hotel is mainly focussed to serve inhouse guest than others and there food is properly handled.

Portions were good. Food taste could be more tasty. But need to improve on services drastically. Lack in co-ordination amongst the staff. Lack in handling more crowd.

I happened to visit zodiac.. in fortune exotica.. (Un exotica).. I ordered a SPAGHETTI CARBONARA... WITHOUT BACON. I WAS SERVED TOTALLY COLD PASTA.. WITH MINIMAL SAUCE, NO TRACE OF EGG YOLK.. PARMESAN CHEESE... TO TOP IT ALL THEY SERVED IT WITH A *EMPTY BOTTLE OF TABASCO SAUCE**.. shameful.. the Waiter made tried to make a fool out of me.. by saying they will make it again.. they atrociously kept me waiting for 20 mins served me the same cold spaghetti.. I requested them to reheat in a microwave... which they did... the flavour all lost BILL AMOUNT 600 RS.. A TOTAL LET DOWN.. AND SUCH A LACK LUSTRE ATTITUDE FROM THEIR CHEFS AND SERVING STAFF.. TOTALLY DEMOLISHING THE ITC BRAND... KUDOS TO THE STAFF OF FORTUNE HOTEL AT VASHI... TO DESTROY THE BRAND IMAGE OF AN ITC MANAGED HOTEL
