We went for a team lunch at Northern Tadka + Jugheads, Time Square building. We ordered masala papad, starters, soup, and main course. The food overall tasted really good, but the service was quite disappointing. When we asked for the 2nd roti basket, it took almost 20 minutes to arrive and it wasn’t even served hot. The service was also very confusing—too many waiters kept coming to take orders, and at one point another waiter told us we hadn’t even ordered what we already had. It would be better if a single person handled the table for smoother service. Ambience was just okay. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
