The staff is friendly and cooperative. The restaurant serves freshly prepared food that tastes delicious. There is plenty of parking space available. From the property, one can get a beautiful view of Shali Tibba, the highest peak of Shimla region. The hotel also provides bike rental services for exploring the area. The food served at the restaurant is of high quality and taste. It is a perfect place for a comfortable stay and for enjoying mouth-watering dishes. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience, not recommended - poor room service/poor staff - dirty bed sheets and blankets - no soap, no towel - In the morning, they said water got frozen in pipes, so no water till 11:30 and no breakfast, finally we checked out. - Hell in Kufri.
