Very busy Lots of construction happening Minimal facilities for passanger The ticket counters at platform 2 is usually closed So people queue for the ticket dispensing system....very crowded If u don't reach 1 hour before departure on Fridays your will be unable to purchase tickets Authorities should look into the matter urgently Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The railway station is awful. Not clean at all. It has this toilet smell all over the station. Never clean.No proper instructions. The entrance hall is the only better room in that area. The ladies waiting room is so bad that I couldn't even attempt to use the washroom. The restaurant food is bad too. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
