Unacceptable experience at North Bites. Flies everywhere, and to top it off, I found an insect in the water jar. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they seemed unbothered, blaming it on the rain. Not good enough. Cleanliness and customer care matter, folks. Won't be returning.
