Norbulingka Café and Shop in McLeodganj has a charming vibe and an impressive collection of Tibetan handicrafts, making it a great place to explore. However, the food didn’t live up to the hype—while not bad, it was quite underwhelming considering the expectations. The service was fine, neither exceptional nor disappointing. If you're visiting for the atmosphere and shopping experience, it's worth a stop, but don’t go in expecting a standout culinary experience. Rude staff. Gave cold coffee for an order of hot coffee. Did not bother to provide sugar packets. Did not respond to call. Had to pick it myself. 3 girls running this place and were chit chatting in kitchen area. The serving girl cussed something in local language when I asked to shift table as the seats were uncomfortable. Did not provide bill. Was asked to pay first. And upon payment the server just left,I had to sort multiple bills from the printer and collect mine. Oh the loo was disgusting. Food particles scattered inside as if someone had thrown food waste there.Extremely disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
