I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday celebration at Noor by Khubani and would like to share my experience. Management: The management was extremely disappointing. The manager Mr. Rajesh was not customer-friendly at all. Despite several requests to adjust the AC — when even my daughter was visibly shivering — the management refused to make any changes, stating that it could either be completely turned off or left as it was. We also had senior citizens at the venue who were shivering. I don’t understand the point of such a centralised AC system. They also charged us for double plates, counting guests who simply moved in and out. Even after the manager acknowledged the double charges, no refund has been made so far. Additionally, our guests were charged separately for arcade games that were already discussed with us. We don’t know what we paid for since some of our guests also paid for games from their pockets. This was brought to our attention after we had already made the final payment by one of our guests creating an embarrassing situation for us. Ambience: The ambience was good. However there was visible dampness near the fountain area and along the entrance path, likely due to moisture, which affected the overall look of the space. Food: The food was excellent, and the chef personally checked multiple times to see if any adjustments were needed, which was very thoughtful. Overall, while the food and chef’s service were commendable, the management’s attitude and handling of issues left a very poor impression.
