I had shawarma today and was extremely disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene at the outlet. The staff preparing the food weren’t wearing gloves or caps, which is a basic requirement for food safety. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my shawarma. When I pointed it out, the staff casually responded with, "aagya hoga"—as if it was no big deal. Honestly, it was gross and completely unacceptable.
