I went for a dinner on 3rd Dec. With my family on occasion of my father's birthday At Shamiana by taj skyline., so from the start itself the experience was pathetic. As soon as we reached there the vallet driver was not there so we had to take a whole turn from exit into the hotel again as other cars behind us were honking. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant the guy said that we do not take any bookings from Google and I showed him the booking reference., also I told him that the number of restaurant is coming not reachable so I had to book a table from Google itself., I could see his cold behaviour towards us but he let us in anyhow. After sometime a guy came and told us that he was our server for that night but his behaviour was also cold towards us or every client who came in! I don't know but it was weird to get such kind of service and experience by the very so called expert staff members at very esteemed hotel which is 5 Star and know for it's true and authentic experience of luxury., Also I ordered a buttermilk with another server obviously., that guy told me that buttermilk is not part of the menu and it'll be charged extra 450Rs. For it., and I said that's okay. Since time past I asked another server about the buttermilk after 23-25 minutes about my buttermilk and he said it's coming., so I continued with my dinner and it was another 15 minutes and I was done with my dinner., I asked the guy to take a bill. He came with the bill including buttermilk which I never got at cost of 450Rs. So I checked the error and let him know afterwards that guy took the bill to the reception and it took him 3-4 guys and 10 minutes to decide that he'll give me 10% discount on whole bill [550Rs.] which will waive off charges for buttermilk and I said ok., it took him another 10 minutes to print the correct bill and get it to me., the bill printed was not digital and it was printed by a receipt printer which is not expected at such esteemed restaurant. The thing is my food was spicy and I wanted a buttermilk to wash it down from my mouth but I couldn't get it., also my father's birthday was ruined enough already with such kind of hospitality by SHAMIANA, TAJ SKYLINE.
