Nice authentic italian restaurant. Offering Sourdough Pizzas. Sourdough pizzas are made using a naturally fermented sourdough starter instead of commercial yeast. This process creates a more complex, tangy flavor with slight sour notes. The long fermentation develops gluten and enhances air pockets, resulting in a chewy, airy, and crispier crust. The natural fermentation breaks down gluten and phytic acid, making it easier to digest. Sourdough Pizza contains probiotics and prebiotics, which support gut health. It also has a lower glycemic index. Sourdough pizza is a healthier, more flavorful, and artisanal alternative to regular pizza, and it requires more skill and time to prepare. Their sourdough pizzas are truly exceptional—perfectly crisp on the outside, airy and chewy on the inside, with a rich depth of flavor that only comes from proper fermentation. Every pizza we tried was delicious and authentic, showcasing high-quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. Had a fantastic experience at Si Nonna’s! The pizza was absolutely worth it, and the garlic bread was delicious, and the panna cotta with blueberries was the perfect dessert. A special shoutout to Sayra for her excellent service - she was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. Definitely a place worth visiting! Si Nonna’s has serves amazing sourdough pizzas. The bread is freshly made. Ambience is quaint and esthetic. The calzones and panuozzos are great for single serving. Refreshments are decent.
