Disappointing Experience at NOMI Kota I visited NOMI last night with my friends, and while the ambiance was decent, the service was terrible. The staff, especially a waiter named Sunil, seemed to take advantage of drunk guests by removing full drinks from the table without any reason. This happened to us, and despite multiple immediate requests to return the drink (within 10 seconds of him taking it), he rudely refused and told us to buy another one. We had no choice but to purchase a new drink. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Instead of providing good service, the staff seemed more interested in tricking guests into spending more money. A bar should be about hospitality, not scamming customers. Definitely not going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a fair and enjoyable night out in Kota. Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was pathetic. Worst waiting experience. The waiter just moved to the next table before completing the order. The whole delivered in more than an hour. Inexperienced staff. The manager, when asked, was just ignorant and said I’ll see sir. And then sat on his chair. Did nothing, the next dish again took 20 min to come. Very disappointing. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Vegetarian options: Very few options available for vegetarians, specially Indian cuisine.

The waiter tried to scam us by offering already opened beer bottle and on confrontation was acting as if it was not his fault and rather than apologizing was convincing us that the bottle was sealed. Shady place. I visited with my family and it was really sad to be treated this way. Won't recommend. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
