I have tried two of their sweets. One is Aambhora, and the other one is Jolbhora. But the sweets are not up to the mark. The taste is just okay type but not pocket-friendly and also not a taste to remember.

The shop's name is Nabin Chandra Das but all sweets come from K C Das. Also the price is too high.

They claim to be the inventors of Kolkata famous Rosogolla. I went and tried it today for the first time. They had all items labled as KC Das there, so I enquired, the guy boasted we are the inventors of Rosogolla and KC Das is Nobin Chandra Das's son. Then I went for the Rosogolla tasting. They too 19 rupees for a Normal(small) rosogolla, and even had a smaller variant for 11 rupees. The Disappointed was immense. The Rasogolla seemed old, hard, kinda cold, and the taste was that of a fake sweetner, generally found in canned sweets. I am immensely disappointed. Don't know if someone would agree, but if an outside person comes to Bengal, I am never gonna take him here for Rosogolla tasting atleast.
