While exploring the beautiful ghats of Varanasi, we came across Niyati Cafe near Dashashwamedh Ghat, and it turned out to be one of the most comforting food experiences of our trip. Varanasi is undoubtedly famous for its incredible street chaat and local snacks, and trying them is part of the experience. But after a while, all the fried and spicy street food can start to feel a bit repetitive, and that’s when you begin craving something simple and comforting.
