I visited Niyaaz Restaurant (Main Branch) Today(19/07/2024) afternoon with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. I ordered their signature biryani, but what I got was a cold, unappetizing dish. When I brought it to the waiter's attention, he simply shrugged and took the plate away without offering any explanation or apology. What was even more disappointing was the lack of concern from the management. No one bothered to come and explain why my biryani was served cold or offer a replacement. It seemed like they didn't value my business or care about my dining experience. For a restaurant that claims to serve authentic and delicious food, this experience was a huge disappointment. Until they improve their service and food quality, I would not recommend to Niyaaz Restaurant (Main Branch) anyone. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
