Worst and most pathetic experience in the restaurant. Today i visit the restaurant along with my dad and brother around 9 Clock. I was not allowed to sit on the family zone as we all three were male and as per Nirvana Restaurant and Nakarshtra hotel family can only be happening with you have female along with you. We were forced to sit at three floor where all drinking and smoking people were sitted. And we didn't left out with any options as we were traveling from kalyan. While coming to restaurant to avoid delay in serving food. I have ordered food on phone and ask that person to ready my food. Even that order was not pitched into the system and when I reached that person said very arrongantly that we don't take orders on phone for dinning, i was really failed to understand when I placed the order on phone why didn't they inform me about this? I would have not came to the restaurant only from Kalyan. Guys i will not recommended this restaurant to go with family as they don't understand the meaning of that. Anybody who wanted to celebrate happiness with family recommended not to go over there. Otherwise happiness will be getting cruised by this hotel.
