There is a magnificent view from Nirvana Hill Resort. Many guests point out that the staff is good at this place. Prompt service is something clients agree upon here. Appalling prices are not suitable for this this spot. The terrific decor and peaceful ambiance let visitors feel relaxed here. Nirvana hill resort is a very relaxing place in the midst of nature with Lake view in the front and spiritual combination of Temple & Church. Entire layout is too good and could not stop myself from clicking pics at e ry step. In love with this place. Thanks for Dr Archana for the facial procedure done and felt so relaxed. Service: 4

We had booked Sienna cottage after being promised a 3 star experience on various websites. But the condition of the room and the service is of 1 star standard. Here are some issues that we noticed. 1. The rooms appear new but the infrastructure seems very old and not maintained at all. 2. There are house lizards everywhere in the room. The staff pleaded helpless when asked to do something about it. There was a dead insect on the bed when we checked in. 3. The bathroom is not completely partitioned so the smell percolates in the room making it very "pleasant" experience. Finally after finding such conditions when we wanted to check out the hotel outrightly refused the refund. The staff and owner were not very cooperative. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lizards and Insects: As a hill resort surrounded by natural environments, encountering house lizards can occasionally happen. We do strive to balance nature preservation with guest comfort. We will review our pest control procedures to minimize such occurrences. 3. Bathroom Layout: We understand that the bathroom partitioning may not have met your expectations.
