Overall, Nirvana Beach Cafe presents itself as an unpretentious locale along the sands of Arambol, offering basic comforts without extensive online engagement or detailed public information from its management.
Ordered Dum Aloo from the menu, the description on the menu says it is stuffed. Unfortunately, it was not stuffed(see pictures). And it was not made using any standard Dum Aloo based on a Kashmeri or Banarsi recipe. I told them it was not very good and their cook took too many short cuts; it was clearly just sliced potatoes with tomoto sauce. I did tell them the presentation was excellent and the roti was good. I gave the staff a chance to explain why the Dum Aloo was not made according to their own menu description. Instead they did not want to answer and just wanted money; they could care less about taking responsibility for problems when told in a clear manner. You have been warned, don't expect to get what you order and expect their mistakes to be your problem. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
My friends and I had a lovely break in Arambol, which was greatly enhanced by the excellent experience at Nirvana Beach Cafe. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, were attentive to our needs, and never failed to impress us with their hard work in the blistering heat—all with smiles on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was of good quality and plentiful, and the ambiance was restful. We kept coming back despite the many choices of beach shacks. Well done, Nirvana! I highly recommend this venue. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
