I ordered icecream from Zomato the packaging was open there was a layer of ice(water) on top of icecream due to packaging please have courtesy to see product quality before sending as Zomato refused refund or replacement saying packaging is not there concern Food: 1 Service: 1

Highly disappointed by Nirulas Kanpur in terms of its staff and service. I have been to nirulas in new delhi and i have never faced such an issue. The staff especially the manager was quite rude in customising the order when asked politely and he acted in such a way that he is doing us a favor by feeding us ice cream. Wouldn’t recommend anyone just because of its staff. 1/10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
