very bad experience...just a single guy who manages everything..there was a huge "Buy One Get One" poster outside which was screaming in our faces, but when we went inside to enquire the staff very bluntly told us that the poster was only for representation and the offer was non-existent. we just bought an ice cream which tasted below average. don't plan to revisit. sad to see Nirula's outlets falling apart!
