Extremely disappointed with the service at Nirula’s Kalkaji. There was only one person handling the counter despite a long queue, and the staff was neither responsive nor courteous. We had to wait for a long time just to place a simple order. Such poor service ruins the whole experience. Management seriously needs to improve staffing and customer handling here.
