I ordered hot chocolate fudge original on Zomato but unfortunately the quality given by the nirula's icecream shop was very less ....they told me it contains 3 scoops but there were not 3 scoops in it

I had ordered a hot chocolate fudge and it game completely as liquid and was not eatable at all. It was the deleivery person fault as well as restaurant who had no ice packing at all even when I am charged extra for packing.
