For someone who has grown up with Nirula's in their veins I know that Nirula's has always been a trendsetter and their foods always strike home. Somehow though, everytime I come back to this outlet (unfortunately it is a necessity sometimes) they always royally goof up on my order. Every single time! The service is painfully slow, even though more often than not, we are the only customers in the entire outlet. How they manage to mess up - either replace a spicy chicken pizza with a paneer pizza, or give an unthawed, undercooked meat patty inside a burger (and then justify - ye tih aise hi hota hai!) what rubbish! As though we are eating out for the 1st time, or newly converted non veggie eaters, as maybe they think us to be idiots! Yes, the lady behind the counter is very sweet and understanding, she's quick to make amends - like she gave us a free icecream, or a free replacement to the undercooked burger. The problem is - every single time there's a new problem with regards to the service or product, which is such a disappointment to the brand I associate my fondest childhood memories with. I probably would want other patrons to be very very specific about the instructions you give, and watch what you get.
Full marks to the lady behind the counter though. She's a real doll, even though she has to deal with a bumbling, sullen staff.

I'm so glad nirulas is back with the quality it had earlier.. so many memories of nirulas pizzas as kids... The OCM pizza tastes exactly like how it was... Pizzas and burgers are way better than international foodchains in india... please maintain quality this time...
