Absolutely disgraceful experience. I had reserved a table weeks in advance for a special occasion—my partner’s birthday. We were genuinely looking forward to dining here. But when we arrived, we were abruptly told the entire place was closed to the public because they were hosting Miss World participants. No prior notice, no communication, nothing. What makes it worse? Their bookings were still active on Swiggy and Zomato right up until the moment we arrived. How is this even remotely acceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre? There was zero attempt to assist us—no alternative offered, no compensation, not even a sincere apology. Just a shrug and a sorry. The complete lack of accountability, coordination, and basic professionalism is appalling. This wasn’t just a missed dinner—it was a ruined night. Hugely disappointing. Do better. Service: 1

I recently visited Tuscany at the Trident Hyderabad to celebrate a friend's birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, we encountered numerous issues that completely ruined our evening. Firstly, the reservation desk gave us incorrect information. They had no idea what menu was being served that day, and we were misled into believing we could enjoy Italian cuisine. Upon arrival, we were informed that it was a Moroccan menu night, something that was never mentioned during the reservation process. This miscommunication was highly frustrating, especially since we had specifically chosen the restaurant for its Italian offerings. The service was equally disappointing. The waiter, instead of understanding our concerns, kept insisting that they couldn't make Italian food as it was a Moroccan-themed evening. We were repeatedly interrupted by staff who seemed more interested in explaining why they couldn't accommodate us than in providing a solution. This constant back-and-forth with the managers and waiters consumed our entire evening, leaving us no time to enjoy each other's company. Despite the apologies and the offer not to charge us, the overall experience was severely lacking. It was not about getting free food; we were willing and able to pay for our meal. What we wanted was a pleasant dining experience, which we certainly did not receive. These kinds of establishments often forget that customers raise concerns not to get something for free but to have a good experience. We left disappointed and dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend Tuscany at the Trident Hyderabad based on this experience. A birthday celebration should be a joyous occasion, but instead, it was marred by poor service and a lack of proper communication.
