I had the worst experience with the service. Initially, we were asked to pay ₹909 per person, and they clearly committed to refunding the remaining amount after deducting from our final bill. However, every time we asked for the remaining amount, they manipulated the numbers and tried to cover it up by offering a complimentary drink instead. Later, they even denied ever committing to refund the balance. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional, and the manager’s behavior was even worse. Highly disappointed with the dishonesty and the poor customer service. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We frequent there for the service extended by Ravi. He is genuine and friendly. Just one thought, you people could bring women in managing and as bouncers. Will add more to the beautiful eniviron.
