Good food Little costly Poor service They hesitate give even eating plates .spoons..tissues even after paying 140 rs for 3 chapthis and gravy combo Ac would be there and they won't switch on it Ambience is good .but they have to improve their service and should not hesitate to give eating plates .we can't eat in serving plates itself nah ..while we going there with group of friends. Cleaning worker is also serving food with bare hands used for cleaning to us Food and ambience is good but poor customer service and high cost will not make this hotel lasts longer.kindly have to improve it Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Nimalan Mithai is a nice place to hangout if you are in and around Virudhunagar. You can park the vehicle on road itself. The shop is very spacious and not crowded most of the time. The shop has many cakes, pastries, ice creams, cookies, chocolates on display. They also have snacks and other food on order. It is a pure veg restaurant. We tried Pasta, Maggie, Puff, nuggets, momo, garlic bread, parotta, burger, etc., everything was amazing. It was all cooked with real vegetables and stuffings. It doesn’t taste like typical outside food. Staffs here are very courteous. They do take utmost of the guests. They take time to cook, but it will be worth the wait. I ordered cheese cake and momos. Horrible!!!!!! The ambience is nice and good but the quantity of the food and the price is something unworthy. Very small quantities. And the service management is worst. They take lot of time for take away. Hope they just started the business purely for money not considering the customer satisfaction.
