Not hygienic. I was given my food on a plate, by a fair thin young male staff. I found stains and remains of a different food on my plate. This means that the plate was not cleaned. This is most unacceptable. Especially when they are charging more than others in the area. Also, the tea is never hot enough. I don't know if they are turning off the stove to save LPG. They are charging Rs.15 for a cup of tea in 2025 but the tea is never hot enough. There is no point in coming up with excuses if you cannot even do the basic things properly. Afterall this restaurant is run by adults, not little children. Give the customers their money's worth instead of making promises and apologies.

Fried Rice and Chilli Chicken (Rs. 160) combo from Nila Street Foods is actually waste of your money. You will get a normal egg fried rice and a bone peace dipped in chilli chicken soup. Better buy the rice alone which is Rs.120. Rice was okay. Burger was okay. Also the place is full of flies and the washing area is dirty.
