I am working at Infopark, kakkanad. I am a regular visitor of Nila Restaurant at lulu cyber park. The food over here is ok & fine. But the mentality of the guys in counter should be changed. Sometimes I found one of the staff wearing glasses, who thinks that customers are coming for free food. When we ask for some food item, he gives replay with disregard. He always interacts with customers like they are beggars. Now a days we are going out for having food and always tries to avoid going to Nila Restaurant at Lulu Cyber Park. First the management need to teach their staff how to interact with customers respectfully. Because only because of one or two contempt staff, customers will avoid these restaurants.
