If hungry, come here for nicely cooked fish, chicken and biryani. Nikita's Panch Phoron provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. The terrific staff at this place can demonstrate how much they value their customers. The cool service is something these restaurateurs care about.

Went to this restaurant for the second time after a good first experience. This experience was the worst i have ever had in any restaurant, there was blood in "pabda macher jhal" and our "aloo bhaja" was stale. To top this, the service was really poor, we had to wait for about 45 mins. after we got out rice and aloo bhaja. The ambience was also quite poor.Apart from this, other food items were quite good and the owners and staff are quite friendly. I feel this restaurant has potential but it lacks professionalism.

Good Quality and Budget Bengali food. Tried the egg chicken roll and Biriyani it was really good and Crisp. The service was average but the food compensated for it.

Visited Nikita's Panch Phoron, hoping for a good Bengali lunch. Experience was very disappointing. Cleanliness is not a priority of this restaurant, with walls, floor all dirty; even the table tops are sticky oily - yaak!

Many of the items listed on the menu are NOT AVAILABLE! Ordered for a simple Narkel Diye Cholar Daal - guess what I got? Cholar dal simply boiled with turmeric, no coconut, and served to me with smell of uncooked turmeric. Total trash. Rice is not good quality, it is the type that is served on the Kolkata road-side stalls. The saving grace for my unfortunate lunch was a well prepared Daab Chingri, Mochar ghanto was OK. Service is slow and pathetic. There is urgent need of professionalism in this restaurant, otherwise having a meal here may be a disappointment until they make amends. Go to Tripti Restaurant in Bodakdev - much better.

I have given 2 rating for a decent behaviour from the owners/managers at the counter and the Daab Chingri. I hope they understand that what I have pointed out is a stark reality, and until they make amends, the word will spread and the business will go down. Please change and offer a good fare, if you have to run the restaurant. I am a hotelier, so I know what I am talking about. All The Best!
