The worst Tres leches (Spanish pudding) I ever had in my life. It was slimy, smelt bad and tastes horrible. This is not the Tres leches or we have been given stale and rotten product. This is not the quality standard we expect at the price we pay. You must own up to your mistakes and reach out to your customers to ensure to replace or refund them for feeding them with spoilt food. Staff behaviour is very arrogant. Jalandhar Nik Baker's Model Town manager MR. SAHIL is very unprofessional and always lies with customers. We ordered many things in which white sauce pasta was uncooked and white sauce seems to be expiry. We complaint to the staff for refund, they asked us to order something for 630 rs we'll compensate you on your next visit. After next day when we visit nik bakers, Mr. Sahil came and start showing attitude and gives a frank behaviour and asked us I'll not give you for free. You have to pay for it and was very frank. He don't know how to talk with customers and started showing unusual attitude and asked us to do whatever you want to do. We've so many people footfalls you can never do anything with us. What a casual attitude. Staff don't know how to talk. Now I'll sue nik Baker's Jalandhar for this behaviour. He insulted us in front of the customers. I'll take this matter to consumer court.
