I am regular to the Nik Baker's. I was very disappointed with the incident today when they asked me to keep my laptop bag outside. It has never been in their policy earlier and not in any other branch of Nik Baker's. Also, no other restaurant, cafe or mall however high end it is has ever asked to keep the belongings outside. It was very embarrassing and I don't plan to visit this branch again. The Nik Baker team should look into it. Service: 1 Service: Dine in

They are cheats. Beware! I received this Diwali hamper. The freshest product here is the Tea Cake. Check expiry for yourself. And out of the 8 items 6 expired within 1 week to 12 days of the packaging …And the shelf life of the product is 2-3 months. I shared with the customer care and Now they expect me to ask my client who gifted me that HANPER, for a bill….they are denying this is not their batch as per the batch number . Can you imagine. CUSTOMERCARE : disowning their products?? Not the FRANCHISE. Forget about taking responsibility. Even my other sub consultant received the same hamper and same issues…it’s just he is also my good friend so I know.
